So your wondering how to start the new age huh?  Well let me tell you.

Joining Your Kingdom?

1. Go ahead and log into pimp under your user account.  
2. Go to the Tools Menu.
3. Click “Join a Kingdom”.
4. From there you will enter your province code.  Once entered and submitted, your province name shall then be in the drop down in the TOP RIGHT of Pimp.
5. Go ahead and now setup Angel or Pimp Agent to work with your new account.  And then you are done and ready to go!
6. If you are wondering what else Utopia has to offer, go look at the bottom links of pimp.  You will find many more places Utopians Hang out.

Adding Your kingdom? 

1. Go ahead and log into pimp under your user account.  
2. Go to the Tools Menu.
3. Then if your setting up your kingdom for the new age, go ahead and click “Add My Kingdom”.
4. When you add your own kingdom, please make sure of two things.  Grab the ENTIRE page from Utopia when you paste it into the box. And putting your Province Name in the box that says province name.  And not your kingdom name. People tend to mistake that box for the kingdom name.
5. From there, you will find your province name in the drop down at the top right.  Go ahead now and select it.
6. A few things to note:
7. There is a Cool down period for Provinces deleted from kingdoms.  The period is 3 days.  If a Province has been deleted, pimp will remove it in 3 days.  This Cool down is to make sure the province has actually been fully deleted.  Provinces that have owners or users attached to them, will NOT be removed.  You as monarch or owner will have to disconnect them, before they are removed from pimp.  You can do this under the monarch tab.
8. You are now the Owner of your kingdom.  You have total control of your kingdom in pimp unless the members vote you out.  You should look under the Monarch Links under to the tools Tab to familiarize your self with controls you have.
9. You should add a at least one or two sub monarchs to help you out in pimp.  There are a ton of things to do in pimp, so maybe you should have one or two people help you out along the way.

New changes afoot.  I worked on this last week, but only had time this evening to upload the changes to Utopiashrimp.com…

1. IRC for Utopiapimp.com - I installed an IRC module in utopiashrimp that now allows users to connect to IRC on Utonet with utopiapimp!  No more using third party software if you don’t want to.  Monarchs are also able to set DEFAULT channels for their kingdom members. So monarchs have control over which channels they want their members connecting to. Under Tools->Monarch->IRC Settings.
2. I changed the way provinces codes are generated now.  So In Utopiashrimp, the province codes are now a little longer. Why did I do this? Read number 3.
3. Change URL’s - I also changed URL’s in shrimp as well.  Why?  Well, I was experiencing a small amount of errors for users with messed urls.  This happened about once every 10,000 calls to pimp and I wasn’t happy with that, so I had to change it.  Now a lot less people will be experiencing errors.  For more detail, I was Encoding my ID’s into base 64. now there will be no more encoding URL’s so the errors will now be decreased by a ton.
